These terms govern access to and use of gcom.world, operated by The Global Co-Mission, Inc., a Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

Use of the website

You may use the website for lawful, personal, noncommercial purposes connected with learning about or supporting our mission. You may not violate laws or third-party rights, disrupt site operations, attempt unauthorized access, or reproduce protected content without permission.

Text message program

By enrolling, you consent to recurring messages from or on behalf of The Global Co-Mission at the mobile number you provide. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of donating. Participants must be at least 18 and must be the subscriber or customary user of the number.

Message frequency varies and message or data rates may apply. Messages may include ministry updates, campaign news, event invitations, stories, and giving opportunities.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message or text STOP to +1 (844) 789-9337 to unsubscribe. Reply HELP, text HELP to that number, email connect@gcom.world, or call +1 (727) 404-3434 for assistance. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile opt-in and consent data is not shared with third parties for marketing. Service providers may process it only as needed to deliver messages.

Intellectual property

Website content—including copy, graphics, logos, photography, and donation materials—is owned by GCOM or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. Limited personal, noncommercial use is allowed. Written permission is required for republication.

Donations and payments

Donations are voluntary and generally nonrefundable except where required by law. Tax receipts are issued where applicable. Third-party providers process payments under their own terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. GCOM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use.

Indemnification

You agree to hold GCOM harmless from claims arising from misuse of the website or a violation of these terms.

Governing law

Florida law governs these terms. Disputes must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
